Julia holds qualified teacher status (QTS) in the UK and has a BSc Hons in Information Systems with Management.
She has over 10 years experience of working with computers and the web and 4+ years of researching and using online social media - with a specific focus on the impact and benefits to education and learning.
She is currently working towards an MA in Professional Practice.
This is centred upon mobile learning and how it can benefit distance and flexible learners, particularly those who are learning in the workplace.
